How to Get Cast Certificate Online

The cast certificate application can be filled online and as a service guarantee rule it will be issued in 45 days. You can apply for self or on behalf of the relatives (Beneficiary). But NOTE that the age of beneficiary should be greater than 5 and less than 18 years.

Step- I – Go to Aaple Sarkar / Mahaonline Website

·        Click on above Link to go to the correct website.
·        Existing user - Login with your ID and Password
·        For New User - register yourself and create login ID and Password.
·        Select Revenue Department from the list of Departments
·        Select the Sub Department as Revenue Services
·        For the number of services select Cast Certificate and Click Proceed

·        It will show you the list of documents and time limit to get this certificate

1)    PAN card
2)    Passport
3)    Ration Card
4)    RSBY Card
5)    MNREGA Job Card
6)    Photo of Applicant
7)    Identity card issued by Govt or Semi Govt organisations
Proof of Address (Any -1)
1)    Passport
2)    Water Bill
3)    Ration Card
4)    Aadhar Card
5)    Voter ID Card
6)    Telephone Bill
7)    Electricity Bill
8)    Driving License
9)    Property Tax Reciept
10)     Extracts of 7/12 and 8 A/ Rent Receipt
Other Documents (Any -1) – There are many other options and only few are listed here

Step- II – Online Data Entry

·        Applicant Details
·        Fill Address Details Correctly
·        Relation of Beneficiary with Applicant
·        Select relation with the beneficiary whose Cast Certificate is to be prepared
·        Fill up the details of the beneficiary
·        Permanent Addresssay YES if same as filled above
·        If migrated from one state to another state? – Select (Yes/No)
·        Beneficiary Cast/Category Details
·        Applicants Other Details
o   Select hereditary Occupation as your fathers and grand father occupation
·        Father Other Details – Here enter the applicant father’s occupation
·        Beneficiary other Details – Select our original village and if you have shifted to other village/Town then fill the details of present village/town
·        Attachments to be attached –
o   Evidence in support of this Scheduled Caste Claim
o   Extract of the birth register in respect of applicant, his father or relatives
o   Extract of the Primary School Admission Register of the applicant
o   Primary School Leaving Certificate of the applicant or his father
o   Documentary evidence in regard to the Scheduled Caste and ordinary place of residence prior to the date of notification of such
o   An extract of service record (book) mentioning Scheduled Caste of the applicant’s father or relatives who are in Government or any other services if any
o   True copy of Validity Certificate, if any of the father or relatives which issued by the Scrutiny Committee
o   Copy of Revenue record or village panchayat record, if any.
o   Other relevant documentary evidence, if any
·        Additional Information –
o   Names of five villages where applicant's relatives reside
o   God Names Scheduled Caste
o   The evidence of the applicants’ original village/town, if any.
o   Whether the father or relatives obtained the Scheduled Caste Certificate or avail the Government facilities on the basis of caste or tribe claim
o   The Affidavit to be attached herewith in Form-2 and Form-3
o   Whether the applicant has applied to the Competent Authority in Maharashtra State or Competent Authority of other State previously for issuance of
o   Whether a Validity Certificate is granted to the father or any relatives of the applicant by the Scrutiny Committee
