How to get Duplicate Degree Certificate
Step-I – Go to website
Go to Aaple Sarkar/Mahaonline website OR click here to get there.
Step-II – Register
·        Click to register if you have not registered earlier to create your login ID and Password.
·        Then login with your username and password and select the district.
Step-III – Select the Department
·        Click on the Higher And Technical Education Department
·        You will see the sub department selection tab
·        Select – University
·        It will show you different of options as below

·        Select the highlighted option to get the Duplicate Degree Certificate.
Step-III – Online data Entry
·        Name of The Applicant
o   Applicant Full Name
·        Select the Stream
·        Fill the address details correctly so that you can get the certificate at the your address.
·        Institutional Details
o   Fill out the Institute, College and Center which is exam center for the last appeared examination.
o   Course is the branch you have completed the graduation
o   Fill the seat number correctly. If you don’t remember the seat number you can get it from the college.
·        After you declare and save details you will get a application ID as below.
·        Click on OK TO GO TO NEXT STEP
Step-IV – Upload Photograph and Signature
·        Guidelines to upload Photo:
o   The size - 5KB to 20KB
o   Format - JPEG.
o   Width -160 pixels.
o   Height - 200 to 212 pixels.
·        Guidelines to upload signature:
o   size - 5KB to 20KB
o   Format - JPEG.
o   Width - 256 pixels.
o   Height - 64 pixels.

Step-V – Upload Documents

·        Compulsory Document
o   Annexure A Self Declaration
o   Annexure B Self Declaration For Self Attestation
o   Police F.I.R/ Police NC –You should register an FIR for the missed original certificate.
·        Other Document
o   Final Year Mark sheet
Click on Upload Documents button. Then you will asked to confirm the displayed information.
Click Confirm

Step-VI – Payment

·        After confirmation you will directed to the payment options. Select the appropriate option suitable for you.

·        After successful payment success page will be displayed.

·        Lastly you transaction history will be shown and status as under scrutiny.

·        You can check the status of you application by login into your account after few days.
